Yea, the others I don't follow too much, maybe the AFL...

Can each of you explain what it is about each league or sport that you like/dislike?

Explain the positives and negatives, then what you would improve about each league.

I will start:

1) MLB - I grew up playing ball. My heart is in the game. Baseball is a part of who I am. Professionalism is the best in baseball, not like NFL or NBA (league of thugs).
2) NFL - Action! Every game counts. The big plays.
3) NCAA Football - Every game counts the most. I don't like not knowing the players. It's the program you root for, not the players. In pro ball, you root for players and then they start playing for another team. In college, you don't have this issue. The huge crowds are a plus. Alumni following is great.
4) NBA - dislike thug game. Slam dunk is fun.
5) NCAA Basketball - March Madness is awesome! I don't care about any other games.
6) Minor League Baseball - I only care if their is a top prospect in my own farm system.
7) NCAA Baseball - don't care and I am a baseball fan.
8) PGA - boring, one day I will try to compete at the highest level, can't watch it though.
9) NHL - it was fun playing a hockey video game.
10) NASCAR - the fans turn me off.

Sports Debate: Mitch's List
1) NFL- I grew up watching Kevin Mack, Bernie Kosar and Eric Metcalf, and the Cleveland Browns!
2) MLB- I think that my love for baseball stems from my baseball card collecting days
3) NBA- It's all about family here, I remember watching the Cavs with my dad, watching Michael Jordan kill us every game scoring 50, 62, 60 against us...
4) NCAA Football- Growing up in Ohio how can you not have a special place for teh Buckeyes
5) NCAA Basketball- Day in and Day out as long as I have watched its the only consistent sport that always has a cinderelalla story
6) PGA- This is a new fad for me. I am getting old and its the only sport I can play without getting a hurnia
7) NCAA Baseball- I actuallly catch glimpses of the College World Series, but thats it
8) NHL- I do not watch simply because in Cleveland they never had a team, but I respect it as a professional sport
9) Nascar- I don't understand the strategy, I do not understand why every car is not maxing out their throttle? Its so boring to watch a car go in circles, they should make indy car moe known...
10)Minor League Baseball- If there is one thing worse that the 4th quarter of a pre season football game, its minor league baseball...

1)NBA-One of the few in the state of Alabama that love the game. The players, the matchups, and the intensity of a 7 game series. I love the personalities and how each player is unique from another.
2)NCAA Football-The passion of the fans and how each game is so important makes this game so great. I love the rivalries and how alumni care so passionatly about their schools.
3)NFL-AMERICA'S game. Fans love this game and it has easily become the most popular sport in the country.
4)MLB-America's past time. Nothing beats 2 outs bottom of the 9th make or break pitch or at bat. I love the intensity and the history of the game.
5)NCAA Basketball-Game has slowed in the past decade. With so many players leaving college early or coming straighrt out of high school (even though they can't do it any more), talent level is sub-par which has weakened the game.
6)PGA-Tiger is the only reason why the sport has gotten as popular as it is. When he is done, unless another person with his type of pull plays well, golf will go back to pre-tiger days.
7)NHL-Not a fan, but I am able to watch some playfoff games.
8)Nascar-THEY DRIVE IN CIRCLES!!!
9)Minor League Baseball-Fun to see in person, boring as matlock on tv.
10)NCAA baseball-The clink of the bats drive me crazy!
