NCAA Football Top 25 Rankings – Week 13 – by Neil Kogut
After a busy week last week, I am back and as the College Football season winds down I will be here to give you some news and notes as usual. This past weekend was a cakewalk for the top teams in the polls as Texas, Florida, Alabama and TCU waltzed to easy victories. There was some last second heroics in the desert and some big mistakes in the deep south. Stanford’s train ran off the tracks and that pesky Big XII North Division is finally settled. NCAA Football Top 25 Rankings – Week 11 – by Neil Kogut
It really is funny how things change so quickly. A week ago, the big story was Oregon’s domination of USC and the subsequent discussions regarding Oregon and Boise State’s slotting in the polls. Seven days later, that conversation is as irrelevant as ever and as is usually the case in College Football, there really is no reason to worry about rankings and positioning as at the end of the season it usually works itself out. With that in mind, I am not going to bother doing rankings this week as by next weekend all my work will be turned upside down. HA! You think I’d go a week without rankings? You silly kids…

NCAA Football Top 25 Rankings – Week 10 - by Neil Kogut There were some emphatic performances this weekend from some of the top teams in the country. With Alabama on a bye, Texas and Florida really brought their A-game and you can see the momentum building for them. In the game of the week, Oregon thoroughly dominated USC taking the reigns of the Pac-10 and most likely denying Pete Carroll his eighth straight conference championship. The last weekend in October kept the Heisman trophy race in a major state of flux as some of the top performers in the country continue to be inconsistent.
